Armed with a quick overview of how the FUMISH theory works we take a closer look at your organisations current workplace culture to gain an understanding of what areas could use improvement.

From here, we get straight into it, by breaking down the FUMISH model of workplace culture. By taking a look at where your organisation fits within each of the frameworks, we will be able to provide you with tools and tips to build your FUMISH workplace up to success.

Through this next session we will take a closer look at these three elements within your organisation and provide you with simple strategies to increase positive team culture in each area.
